                                                       Fall Sports 2025 BigTeams open on May 1, 2025

-All Fall Sports 2025 Athletes in grades 7-12 will need to complete Cippe Forms and Athletic Handbook on BigTeams to be able to participate in sports.

- We will not take any paperwork

-All information must be completed on BigTeams to participate in sports

- If you participate in multiple sports, you must click each sport and complete the paperwork. High School and Middle School Athletes must have BigTeams completed by August 1 2025

-Athletes can get a 25 Physical completed beginning on May 1, 2025. 

-To participate in Fall 25 sports, you must have an updated physical after May 1, 2025 downloaded to BigTeams (this is a PIAA Rule). 

- When downloading Section 5, Section 6, title the file student name and Fall 2025 (example Smith/Fall25)

- Information that needs Downloaded on BigTeams

Section 5 Health History, Section 6 PIAA Physical Form Signed and Dated by the Doctor, Current Insurance cards
